Visions of a New America A new year is upon us and as citizens of diverse communities that comprise the new America, we are obligated to embrace a spirit of social responsibility in order to offer a creative and secure environment for our children to thrive in.
Through the arts, a series of exhibitions at the Cuervo Studio and Gallery in Phoenix, will connect diverse communities to share and learn from one another. This project seeks to stand as a model for utilizing the arts as a platform for addressing social discourse and civic dialogue.

In each exhibition, artists are asked to create work that embraces the spirit of hope and change, of giving back, in an effort to celebrate America's diversity. At each event, a few emerging artists will be introduced into "the mix" in order to showcase and mentor a fresh voice in the arts.

my first blogeada.

OK, to start remember that my English is really bad(i think this blogging thing will help me with my spelling) so be aware about that.

I'm a lil' confuse about what to write but i think will be good to keep a journal about my vida en arte. And also about "el arte de mi padre"He's a big inspiration in my life because he's been an artist all his life without knowing.I'm in the process to change my website. so I'm just thinking in new ideas to do it. i want to be different than the website i have right now so let see what i decide.
